For those of us that have a “computer job,” the most common complaint we here from our relatives and friends is “why is my device/phone/computer slow?”

It is not the device.

That is the lesson in short summary. It is never the device. There is more power in the modern chip sets in these devices then any small little “app” can throw at them.

The problem is almost always neglect. A slow compilation of requirements that are unmet compounded on top of each other until a critical mass is achieved and everything slows down. Ignore. Ignore. Ignore. Slow.

So it is with life. Why does life suck right now? Same problem. We keep ignoring small little things until they compile and then overwhelm us. Ignore. Ignore. Ignore. Slow.

Often times you can simply back up important things, reinstall the device and everything is magically awesome again. Not so easy with life.
