You have that moment. The moment when you realize that everything is flowing, coming together naturally. You are clicking on all cylinders and getting things done. You are improving, learning, feeding off of one success after another. In a word you are in the flow. If you stop and think about it, you are in the flow because you are focused. When you focus, and stay focused for a period of time, you fall into a flow state. The key is focus.

When you get distracted, disrupted, interrupted and stalled then flow is impossible. For this magical state to occur you must be focused, remove obstacles and distractions. Flow requires focus.
