The 365 Commitment

Day 208 – A commitment is not optional

Waking up really early in the morning and heading to a important meeting, spending all day there, having an emergency issue to deal with and getting home late and before going to bed…lacing up the shoes to get the run in, do the pushups for the day and the other things I have committed to do.

Of course this really sucks, and I can think of a 1000 arguments of why I am being stupid for not giving myself a break from my commitment because of the challenges today. HA! I will not give up. I am all in on my commitment if that means running while barely awake, typing into my blog barely aware of what I am saying, and finishing my 365 list with a majority of check marks next to them.

I am going to continue to keep my commitments. They are not optional.
