You cannot be perfectly happy. First off it is completely unobtainable and second off you really would not want like the result if you achieved that status. Sounds incorrect, but obviously true. When you focus too heavily on one area, other areas suffer significantly. An over emphasis on your supposed personal happiness will lead towards an imbalance that you will pay for dearly. Better is to accept that perfectly happy is not achievable but rather occasionally happy. It is perfectly ok not to be perfectly happy all the time. Guy
