There and Back Again

I finally arrived home after an incredible journey up an into the continental divide and back again. I certainly did feel a bit like Bilbo Baggins walking back into Bagend after his long journey to the lonely mountain. I took a ton of nice photographs and lots of notes on the trip. I will catalog the trip tomorrow and publish that memoir as one of my blog posts. We safely arrived back to our homes this evening and are fully and completely exhausted. I will just stay this, I stood at the center of one of God’s most beautiful creations a few days ago. That moment will be forever etched in my mind. Incredible experience and worth every ounce of struggle to get there. I highly recommend that everyone find some epic journey and take it now and then. Truly a refreshing experience.
