If you go through life willy nilly, hap hazard fashion it does not matter how awesome you are. No matter how on top of things you are, eventually, life will get you down. You will burn out. You will reach exhaustion. To prevent this you need a code.

A system of rules that you follow everyday, what you say yes to and what you say no to. It is that simple. Say yes to these things and say no to these things. Really rather simple. Figure out your code and then the secret to preventing getting overwhelmed is to follow the code. Takes a lot of stress out of your life. Takes a lot of guilt out of your life. Follow the code.
