It is really important to focus on what you think about because at the end of the day, what you think about is generally what happens to you. I can see it happen everyday in people that I observe. The funny thing is that it happens to me as well, I just cannot see it as easily because I am all wrapped up into my own problems.

However, for people that I observe, in which I am removed from the problem I can see quite clearly that what they focus on is what they get. Now it may not be exactly what they want, but it is close enough.

What you put in your mind, what you surround yourself with, what you think about is ultimately what you will get. Law of the universe. Law of attraction. Does not matter what you call it, it seems to be universally true.
